Happy Birthday, Dad!

Happy Birthday to the most amazing dad! You are God’s gift to our family. We’re grateful for the example you set to dads all over the world, and that you live out what you preach.

Little known facts about Dad:

    • His favorite times of the day are morning and evening Bible time.
    • He can make awesome popcorn!
    • He enjoys kettle bell workouts.
    • He loves to spend time with his family and will do so at any opportunity he has.
    • He definitely likes an adventure. He’s wanted to reach the top of a mountain near the cabin we stay at in Colorado. He’s been very patient and enjoyed trying twice, but bad weather and route finding challenges turned us around. Maybe this year, Dad!

Happy Birthday, Dad! We love you!

we will serve the LORD.”

Seriously for Dads

dad-1I’m excited to introduce to you Seriously for Dads, a once-a-week e-mail by my dad (Steve) for the serious dad. Seriously’s theme is to encourage the serious dad in his role as Christian, husband, father, discipler, and provider.

Dad’s been writing monthly articles called the Dad’s Corners for twenty-four years and has felt the Lord’s leading to transition to shorter e-mails sent separately to dads. The feedback has been awesome! We still send out the Mom’s Corner monthly.

As always, our desire here at Titus2 is to encourage, equip, and exhort fellow believers in Christ Jesus. Seriously is just another avenue the Lord has led us down.

To sign up, see this link or the button below. We have a double-opt in list, which means after you input your address, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail and you must click on the link to confirm your address.

That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.”

End of Year Inventory

For those of you who have small businesses, you know what the end of year means: inventory, making any necessary year-end purchases, holding a corporate meeting, going over financials–among other things. Inventory was never my favorite part of the task, but it was something that had to be done. As our product lineup has increased, so has the time it takes to do inventory. In 2012, however, and again in 2013, Dad and Mom successfully tackled inventory, along with entering discrepancies into our financial software. They make an awesome team!

Sarah
