Summer offers opportunities to learn new skills. Perhaps your PC runs slow or is sluggish. It’s never a nice feeling to sit and wait on one’s computer. Nathan’s ITonRamp PC Reloading Course begins Tuesday, July 29th (changed the date due to Drew’s birth). Nathan is an expert, having reloaded many computers for clients in his career. This is an essential skill to have whether it be to service your own computer or if you’re looking for a side business.
Why not use your time wisely this summer and jump on board with the PC Reloading Course? Remember, you can enroll one person in your family, but the whole family can watch the webinars together and do the hands-on projects.

Small-business accounting. Sound like fun? I suppose it depends on if you like numbers or not. I for one do enjoy them—at least most of the time.
Christopher’s next QuickBooks course begins June 11th and runs for eight weeks. Summer is a perfect opportunity to learn a new skill, and this in-depth course will get you up and running in the #1 small-business accounting software. Whether you’re a young person or parent, QuickBooks is a great skill to have. And whether you are a CPA or have never used QuickBooks before (he’s had both in his course), you’ll come away with a greater understanding of QuickBooks!
Even if you don’t see a current need in your life for this skill, you never know what the Lord may have in store for you. One dad (pictured below) who took the course shared an amazing story.
“My motivation for taking the QuickBooks course was two-fold. I wanted to equip myself a little better in case the Lord would lead us to start a family business in the future. Secondly, I wanted to understand finances better in order to help our children in the next few years as they enter their teens-in order to prepare/equip them for employment. I recently had a job offer to manage the business for a small trucking company. My job will include handling the company’s finances on QuickBooks! At the time I began the course, I had no idea this job would be available. It is amazing how the Lord directs our lives.”
You will learn through a live weekly webinar (which you can also watch later if you’re not available during that time) and studying helpful course materials. You will have plenty of hands-on practice as you manage the finances, week by week, for a company you will create and populate with real-world transactions.
You can read more from prior course participants on the sign-up pages.
• If you already have QuickBooks 2013 or 2014, you can sign up for the course here. • If you don’t have the software, you can sign up for the course plus software here.

Joseph’s next HTML—Step One in Website Design course begins March 3rd, followed by CSS—Step Two in Website Design on April 15th. The courses are designed to help you learn HTML and CSS so that you can efficiently build your own website. The student will have the opportunity to build his own site on a test server. Since Joseph only gives these courses once a year, you won’t want to miss them. They are excellent resources for any young person or parent wanting to learn web design. Building websites is a perfect home business for young men or young ladies. Morgan said, “Thank you very much for sharing all of your knowledge with us! I am so thrilled to be able to design websites! I am looking forward to seeing how the Lord will use my new skill for His Kingdom!”

Nathan’s A+ trackkicks off March 3rd. Part of the course fee includes test vouchers to take the CompTia A+ certification at the end. Nathan’s desire with ITonRamp has been to equip young people and parents with income-producing IT (information technology) skills. It is an encouragement to see previous students using their A+ skills to start their own businesses, procure a job at a company, or do volunteer computer work.
Here’s a testimony from an A+ graduate:
My family and I just returned last week from a 10 day trip to a foreign country. One of my projects while I was there was to work on the computers. Being able to do this was my main reason for taking A+. I had a great time working on these computers. The other thing that I did was to teach a two-hour computer basics class every day for a week to groups of 7th and 8th grade students in groups of 10-15. My experience in both A+ and CE helped me to be able to teach these classes. I want to thank you because without the time that you invested in teaching me I would not have been able to accomplish the things that I did there. May God continue to bless your work and your family.

Just a reminder that Christopher’s ITonRamp’s Quickbooks Course begins Wednesday, October 2nd.
This course is extremely practical, and you’ll learn bookkeeping skills, which are valuable for anyone who has a small business or wants to start one. Since it is only eight weeks, and ends before the holidays, the timing is perfect too. The course can benefit an entire family, although only one person will be answering review questions and interacting with the mentor.
Blessings, Sarah
