A Week Full of Little Ones

Happy March! It’s hard to believe two months of 2020 are past. So much has happened.

We wanted to share a peek into the week of watching Christopher and Anna Marie’s kiddos while they were away. My mom and sisters made the time so special and yet also kept the normal routine. This really created a beautiful environment for the children even with their parents gone and knowing their mommy was having surgery.

In the mornings, we brought Simon Peter over to 1504 (aka our immediate family’s house), where someone here enjoyed baby cuddles and feeding him. He’s a super easy baby! Then, Mom managed school with the other children. About lunchtime, Anna or Mary would trade back and take care of them for the rest of the day (except for several of the little ones’ nap times when Anna and Mary had other things they needed to do and Mom would go back over) until they came over here for dinner and Bible time. Mary enjoyed the sweet time at night of getting up with Simon Peter and giving him his bottles.

Sweet memories that week like Lydia and Anna going on a Walmart birthday shopping trip for Ruthanne, or Joshua running errands with Grandpa, or the Freddy’s frozen custard 99¢ cones. Plus, of course, a great day celebrating Ruthanne!

Thank you all for your love and support of Anna Marie.

Love,
Sarah
