Anna Marie is Out of Surgery

Thank you for your prayers! We truly have felt them along with your overwhelming support and encouragement.

Anna Marie is through surgery and working to wake up. The surgery went well. We’ll share more later.

“He shall cover thee with his feathers,
and under his wings shalt thou trust:
his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.”
Psalm 91:4

  1. Praise God! Thank you so much for keeping us updated. Will continue to pray. Do you know when they will be allowed to return home?

  2. Wonderful news. That’s amazing to be back at the hotel already.

The children and I have sung a song of praise to Jesus for His faithfulness.

    Will keep praying

  3. We thank God for His loving hand on Anna Marie! We all enjoyed lifting her up in prayer this morning as we gathered at the breakfast table. We will continue to pray for you all in the days and weeks ahead… Thank you for sharing with us! I am sure all of the children look forward to seeing their Mama – special prayers for each of those precious children!

  4. Praising God for the wonderful care he has placed in Anna Marie’s life. Continued prayers for a quick recovery and the next steps.

  5. Since we met your family many years ago way up in Northern Alberta, I have enjoyed keeping up with your family on your blog! Now, as Christopher and Anna Marie were expecting, I found it special to be expecting and counting the same weeks as they were. She did have her little one much earlier than I, due to the circumstances. Now, as I cradle our little son, Hudson, born on the 14th of February, I am reminded to pray for this precious family! May the Lord be very near to them and each one of you as you walk this journey. May you rest in knowing His Great Love for each of you trusting that His Will will be done! Love and prayers!!!

  6. My heart has been so heavy for Anna Marie. There are no words! Thank you for updating!!!!! We will continue in prayer for precious Anna Marie’s complete healing and God’s strength and peace upon her whole family!

  7. I’ve been praying for my sister-in-Christ since I first heard of the need. This morning I prayed for a banana miracle for Anna Marie. If you have ever heard Darlene Deibler Rose’s testimony or read her autobiography, EVIDENCE NOT SEEN: A Woman’s Miraculous Faith In The Jungles of World War II, you will understand. Her testimony is riveting, and the banana story gives a beautiful visual of God’s unstoppable power and love.

  8. Praise God she is doing so well. My family and I have been saying daily prayers for all your family. Thank you for the update. I am glad to hear Anna Marie is not in much pain. We serve a faithful God. We will continue to pray!
