“For thus saith the high and lofty One
that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy;
I dwell in the high and holy place,
with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit,
to revive the spirit of the humble,
and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.”
What a beautiful verse. Whose name is Holy struck me. God is Holy. Yet, He will dwell in the contrite and humble heart. Our Holy God loves humility.
Amen!
Yay! I’ll comment first. 🙂
Beautiful verse and picture. Where did you take the picture?
I actually didn’t take the picture. Jesse did. But it was Colorado.
What an incredible God we serve! And what an amazing paradox of Holy God dwelling in our imperfect hearts, only through Jesus. Thank you for sharing this!!
Amen! It is a beautiful verse!
Oh, Sarah, this is just so beautiful.
Amen to Dessiree’s comment, too.
“My meditation of Him shall be sweet. I will be glad in the Lord. Bless thou the Lord, oh my soul.
Oh, Lord My God, You are very great. And You are clothed in majesty.”
🙂 Keep building us all up Sarah! I’m sure others need it as much as I do!
You’re very welcome! 🙂
WOW! I had ever noticed that mention before.
What an awe-inspiring God we serve!
