Anna’s New Disco + Wok Cooker

Anna was gifted by John with a new culinary gadget. For those who know Anna, you are well acquainted with the very true factย thatย she cooks amazing food, and this only adds to her options!

Since the disco needed to be seasoned, she went ahead and did that Saturday, and then Sunday, for our family dinner, she made Smoky Chipotle Chicken. You might wonder how exactly a disco is better than cooking on the stove or some other method. I have to confess I asked that question myself, and the several answers are: it allows you to cook at very high heat (much hotter than a cooktop), you can easily cook for a large group of people, and it keeps the heat outdoors + other disco users insert your answer here.

If you’re interested, here’s the link to the King Kooker wok that we have from Amazon (Titus2’s affiliate link, so you can read our disclosure here).

Start out with oil.
Next add chicken.
Stir frequently.
Add onions.
Add seasoning.
Anna made up this sauce herself–it was an awesome, Mexican-sort of sauce.

Near the end, place tortillas to warm.

And then enjoy!

“And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee:
for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.”
Psalm 9:10
