44 years ago and 55 million babies
Defenseless, helpless, voiceless: a horrible tragedy is happening every day abortion mills are open.
Would you join us in crying out for change in our nation? Change in the hearts of God’s people to make a difference, change in our country’s laws, change in our government officials’ hearts, and yes, change in the mother’s heart who takes her child to be aborted.
Friday night, we had the opportunity to join others in Leavenworth for a candlelight vigil to stand and pray for abortion to end. I was blessed by all the vehicles driving by who honked in support. At one point, a man walked down the line of people, and stopped at each person, giving them a pat and a “thank you.” Finally, a lady turned to him and asked, “Who are you?”
In a very humble and unassuming manner he said, “I’m just a citizen, ma’am.”
A sweet moment. A man who was driving by, saw everyone out, parked, and took the time to thank each person.
May our hearts be broken for those little ones who are mercilessly killed in our nation.
Love,
Sarah

“Open thy mouth for the dumb
in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
Open thy mouth, judge righteously,
and plead the cause of the poor and needy.”
Proverbs 31:8-9
That verse always reminds me of the unborn who are in danger. Hey, with our new president, these prayers about abortion just might be answered! Maybe he is God’s tool for that! Now, if you’re gonna tell me, “I don’t think so,” I’m not saying this blindly. Our new president does fear God, and he does care about the unborn. And he’s being very choosy about the people he selects. I am looking forward this year to seeing the mighty things God can do. If you don’t agree with me, it’s okay. But I’m not saying it blindly.
And thank you for standing up for the unborn. Love, Rebecca
Oh how sweet of you all to do that! The pictures are so gorgeous! Looks like it was pretty cold. 🙂
So sad about the baby’s. I will praying for them.
LOVE GRACIE

What a sobering reminder. It grieves my heart. So thankful you all got to participate in standing for life. Seeing the babies and little children there is especially touching.
