Celebrating Ten Years for the Titus2 Blog

While today is still August, I want to let you all know that this month signifies our 10th year blogging. It’s hard to believe we’ve been sharing that long, but it’s true.

Thank you for reading. Thank you for rejoicing when we rejoice, weeping when we weep, and praying for us. We truly love you all.

Love,
Sarah

which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and
keep his commandments to a thousand generations.”

  1. Happy Anniversary!! And thank you for blogging! Though I’ve only been following for about 1/2 a year, I appreciate the blog! I am not typically a blog follower, but I look forward to keeping up to date with your family. Thank you for being so open to share. 🙂 It ministers to my heart. 🙂 God bless!

    Thank you for your encouragement!

  2. Congrats on the 10 years! This afternoon I was looking back at some of your 2006-2008 posts. I just popped back here to check out something and noticed you had added this new post. what timing! Your blog and books have given me much inspiration over the years, and I thank you deeply for the difference it has made in my life and my family’s.

    That’s sweet! Thank you!

  3. Happy Anniversary! My son found your blog I-don’t-know-how-many-years ago doing an
internet search for “evangelism.” Your evangelism posts were a great inspiration to my sons, and I’ve been reading your blog ever since for homeschooling, parenting and Christian living encouragement. May the Lord continue to bless your ministry, and I look forward to reading the next ten years!

    That’s really neat!

  6. Thank you so much for being so dedicated in writing this blog. It truly has been such an encouragement to me and my husband. I have even found myself in tears reading older blog posts and realizing that even though they were written years ago, God is still using them to encourage me now. Thank you for sharing your lives with us and continuing to point us to Jesus. We hope to meet you one day to thank you in person, but until then, we pray for you often! Thank you also for your prayers for me, they mean so much.
    Love in Christ,

Awww. You all are a blessing to us! 🙂 I, too, hope it works out to meet y’all. I’m sure it will!

  7. I am not sure how I came upon your blog but have enjoyed reading it for the past six-plus years. During this time, I have purchased many of your books and subscribed to Teri’s monthly news corner. Through all of these, I have been encouraged, blessed and challenged. I may only comment from time to time but I feel as if I have been part of your family through the years… although we have never met. Perhaps someday in the future!

I’m glad it’s been a blessing. You have been a faithful reader!

  8. Congratulations! A first of hopefully many milestones. Though a newby to your blog, I have enjoyed reading. Thanks for posting the pictures from Mt. Oxford and Mt. Belford. Glad to see your journey has had a safe return trip. Will continue to keep you and your family in prayers. To the next ten years!!

Welcome to the blog–so glad you are on board! Thanks for praying for us.

  9. I’ve been with you all 10 years. I first heard about your family because I was discussing how hard it was to find really good wholesome literature for my oldest daughter that loved reading. She told me that I would love “Summer with the Moody’s”. She was one of the ones that read that book in rough draft form. She was so right! We love all of your books. Thanks

    What a fun story!

  10. My family and I heard about y’all when we first started homeschooling (9 years ago now). We love all of your homeschooling material have read and re-read the Moody books a dozen times! I didn’t know about your blog, though, until earlier this year and I have been very blessed by it. I look forward very much to your posts and leave each time very encouraged. Y’all are an amazing family!! Congratulations on 10 years of your blog, and looking forward to 10 more years!! 😀

Thanks so much for your sweet comment. I’m so glad you’ve been blessed. Wow, that’s a lot of times on reading Moody books :). Blessings!

  11. But your website has been around longer right? I can recall you being my inspiration over the years since 2000. Or am I mistaken? My life and home isn’t as ideal as yours and I mean that in the right way with gratitude to my Lord for His provision to us. However the Maxwell family always encouraged me to a higher road and this is precious in His sight. Bless you all.

Titus2 has had a web presence since about 1999, although not the domain quite then. But yes, we’ve had the website for a long time, just not the blog! Thank you for your encouragement!

  12. Congratulations! Can you put a link to your very first blog post? I tried to look for it, but didn’t have a lot time to find it. Thanks!

If you scroll down to the bottom of this page, you’ll see our first two posts.

  13. I always look forward to updates on your blog, and can’t believe it’s been 10 years already.

    Mari

    So glad you’ve enjoyed it!

  14. Thank you for sharing your lives for so long. Your family has been a shining example of lives dedicated to serving Jesus. I’ve been following the blog since 2008 and I love every post. I appreciate your dedication to the blog and all the hard work you put into it. Reading the blog motivates me to a higher way of living in this sinful world.

Wow, you’ve been following the blog almost since the beginning!

  15. I just started reading your blog January of this year. I started with 2006 and read every post all the way up till now. I check the blog every chance I get!

That was a lot of catching up to do :).

  16. Congratulations,Maxwell family! What an amazing blessing you are to so many. I realized the other day, I have officially been homeschooling 10 years this fall. Your MOH book was one of the first books I bought. I believe to this day I could not have made it in my homeschooling journey without the wisdom, support and practical examples you have modeled for me in your books and the blog.

    Thank you for the encouragement!

  17. Congratulations on 10 years! Your blog, your website, the MOTH board, your books and other products, your ministry, Teri’s generosity in corresponding with me via e-mail and encouraging me, and so much more, have all been an incredible blessing and help to me, personally, and our family. Thank you so very much for all you do!!!

    We’re so glad it’s been a blessing!
