Thank you to everyone who prayed for me after the wreck. The Lord blessed, and as far as I know, nobody sustained any serious injuries. I have the best chiropractor in Kansas City, and he got my back fixed up. The car that I was spun into, had two little kids in it. They walked away from the wreck—which was a miracle.
After a few weeks of looking, the Lord provided a new truck. I loved my old truck and was not ready to get a new one. However, I found a great deal on a 2014 F150 and flew to Texas to pick it up. It is almost identical to my old one, which is all I was looking for. It is just newer, with less miles, and a few upgrades.
The takeaway for everyone is. Pay attention at stop signs. If the driver of the first vehicle had stopped and looked, none of this would have happened. The second takeaway is, make sure you have good insurance.
John
therefore will I deliver him: I will set him
on high, because he hath known my name.”
Psalm 91:14
Nice truck John!
So true about good insurance. Also, a car that holds up well in safety crash tests is important. My friend was in a terrible car crash and believes that she was able to walk away due to the quality of her vehicle. Glad that you have a new vehicle.

You’re right: the quality of the vehicle is very important.
To God be the glory!
So thankful you (and the others involved) are okay.
Your new truck looks very nice! 🙂
So happy for your new truck! And yes on the insurance–Dave Ramsey (a Christian financial counselor) teaches to be “insured for the big things” and have enough cash for the little things. The big things being, of course, accidents and other things you cannot control. So glad everyone walked away unscathed. Blessings!
What a great blessing from the Lord! My own husband is looking for a truck to replace our old one and wonders how you began your search. Was it through a service like Carfax ?

It was through autotrader.
Thank you.
