An Update on Ruthanne

Thank you for your prayers for Ruthie. The ER recommended the stitches be removed in 6 days, but after they were out they weren’t sure it was healing properly and suggested an appointment with a children’s doctor/plastic surgeon/hand specialist. Last Thursday morning, Christopher and Anna Marie took Ruthie to see the specialist, and he said the finger looked great (incidentally he did mention that he recommends 6-10 days for stitches)! It’s a common injury and should heal up nicely over the next week. Praise the Lord for healing!

“My meditation of him shall be sweet:
I will be glad in the Lord.”
Psalm 104:34

  1. Awww. Sweet Darling! I slammed my finger in the car door when I was little and had to have a specialist reattach it for me. What wonderful news that Miss Ruthanne is going to be wonderful!

  2. Thankful she is doing well and doesn’t seem to be in too much pain! I will be praying for her! 🙂

Also, please let me know when Mrs. Maxwell will be doing another fast for the women!

  3. Praise the Lord, she is doing well.
