Rereading the Managers Books

losefrustration-1Many of you have one or more of the Manager books (Managers of Their Homes, Managers of Their Chores, and Managers of Their Schools). Could I encourage you to pull them off your bookshelf and reread them? Here is what a mom recently wrote, and as she shared, I could see how beneficial it would be to reread the books regularly.

Trusting in Jesus,

I reread all of the Manager books each year. The reason I read each book every year is because life changes, and I can find new ideas to fit with our current needs at the time!

“Let all things be done decently and in order.”
1 Corinthians 14:40

  1. I agree whole-heartedly. Different ages and different stages require a different plan sometimes! I enjoy rereading these books!

  2. I’m rereading all these books right now with my husband and it’s been such a blessing! I read a chapter or so out loud to him every night. We started with Mangers of their Schools and together we totally changed school directions for next year. It feels so good to know we made those decisions together and it wasn’t just me going off on one of my whims! Now we are working through Managers of their Homes so I can put together a working schedule to actually fit it all in next school year when I have a toddler and baby! I’m so grateful the Lord led me to your website 8 years ago when I was pregnant with our first baby. I’m due next month with #5 and your practical wisdom is REALLY starting to come in handy!

Thank you for sharing. We love to buildup and be an encouragement to young families.
