I was sorting through pictures for something, and I found these from Joshua Tree two years ago that Joseph took. I couldn’t resist sharing.
Joshua Tree National Park is an amazing places. Out of cell signal. Peaceful. Quiet. Since we didn’t have a way to plug the bus in, and the generator would have bothered other campers, we didn’t even use fans that night. Wow. It was quiet, dark, and incredible.
The stars were stunning. If you are in the area of the park, and have an opportunity to stop in, I think you’ll enjoy it. Here’s the post in 2013 about it.
Back to my picture hunting (for those curious: some photos for Dad’s session)…
“When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers,
the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
What is man, that thou art mindful of him?
and the son of man, that thou visitest him.”
