We pulled up to Home Sweet Home about 9:30 last night. The drive was pleasant, from rolling hills beginning to show their autumn splendor, to the flatlands of the Midwest. We also love to be together, and the 15 hours passed quickly with talking, worship, prayer, and just enjoying the scenery.
We also saw the lunar eclipse begin and then continue to encompass the moon. AMAZING! God’s Creation and design is incredible.
Love, Sarah
Looking at the lunar eclipse from our driveway.
“And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.” Genesis 1:8
We want to express our gratefulness to our coordinators, Mark and Ali. Months ago, they responded to God’s leading to ask if we could give a conference there. All through the process, they have been completely on board and enthusiastic about Energize! Thank you, Mark and Ali.
Friday morning, we picked John up for the airport and were thankful he was able to join us. Then, that afternoon, we set up and prepared for the weekend.
The Lord brought a great group with eager hearts! There were local families, and then others who drove a distance. We are grateful for their sacrifice of time and resources. That evening, we had a wonderful time of getting to know each other.
Business session Schedule triage Mary sharing Something new Dad’s doing during his Friday evening session
Saturday went quickly with sessions interspersed with breaks and fellowship. It seems lately I’ve heard that families have been introduced to our ministry through Keeping Our Children’s Hearts. Speaking of which, watch for an exciting announcement on that in the next few weeks.

Delightful Moody readers!
This little cutie was only 9 months old, and her dark curly hair was positively adorable. It’s so sweet to see moms tenderly rocking their little ones.
Panel discussion Anna had lots of packup little helpers. It was sweet.
John and Jesse with friends from Georgia This one is super cute!
Dad’s heart for encouraging families in practical ways of living for Jesus comes through clearly, and the feedback we hear reaffirms that. God is good! We love seeing veteran Titus2 families who have come to many conferences over the years, and we see the fruit in their lives.

“Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.” James 5:8
Monday, we drove from Port Washington to where we’re staying right near the border to North Carolina. Without the bus, life is different, but we’ve adjusted!
We’re grateful for the gracious hospitality of a family we have been staying with since Monday evening.
Here’s a peek into our lives!
We look forward to what the Lord will do this weekend in Charlotte/Fort Mill.

Packing out! The old days of the cart. Amazing everything fits. Monday’s view Seriously. West Virginia roads are almost continuous curves! We drove to North Carolina Wednesday evening and had dinner with friends.
“But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate.” Titus 1:8
Sunday, Dad had the privilege of sharing with a body of believers in Ohio on the subject of Family with a Purpose during morning and evening worship. He shared from Philippians 4 and Joshua 1. They were very powerful messages. I’m always blessed hearing from God’s Word!
It was also great to meet fellow brothers and sisters in Christ and be blessed by their gracious hospitality.
Praising the Lord for His grace!
Love, Sarah
A special Sunday morning Dad preaching They made us a delicious lunch AND supper (later). In between morning and evening events, some went on a delightful walk.
Sunday evening Two blog readers came! It was great to meet y’all. Pastor and Dad
“So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another … Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.” (Romans 12:5 & 13)
