Celebrating! Mary Maxwell’s Graduation

I’m so excited to share with you that Mary is graduating from high school. Tomorrow night, we celebrate Mary’s graduation. Our family started homeschooling in 1985, so my parents, Steve and Teri, homeschooled for 30 years!

If you feel so led, please leave a note of encouragement to Mary below in the comment box. She’d love that!

  16. Great job on your graduation. Enjoy your celebration.

Tagging from last post….if you wanted to “sharpen” (pun intended :p) your haircutting skills and maybe even learn ladies’ styles you might be able to volunteer/apprentice at your church/nursing home setting. Our hairstylists at the nursing home I worked at always needed help fetching and returning the tenants to their rooms, sweeping the floor, washing, wrapping perms etc. It is a wonderful ministry of presence and service to the elderly. Plus it is fun and a blessing to everyone involved.

My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah. Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: Phil 1:6
