John arrived safely last night. We are grateful for your prayers! After he got past the accidents, the drive went well. Although he’d lost many hours in the process, and had to drive into the night, he wasn’t tired, which was a huge blessing since it was only him. Well, in physical presence that is. The Lord was with him!
John’s been our faithful mechanic over the years, and he offered to bring Uriah on his final trip. There were tears from the family as they said good-bye Saturday to Uriah, but we all know the Lord had a purpose in the time we had him.
I’ll share a conference report with pictures later.
Love,
Sarah

“For he shall give his angels charge over thee,
to keep thee in all thy ways.
They shall bear thee up in their hands,
lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.”
Psalms 91:10
So thankful John arrived safely!
I’m also feeling a bit of sadness that you all no longer have Uriah – – I always enjoyed reading about you all traveling in him, and having a cozy “home on wheels”.
But I’m sure the Lord has more special plans for the Maxwell family. 🙂

Prayed for John. Glad he arrived safely.
Sad about Uriah. It must gave been hard to see him drive away.

Very true.
That must have been hard.
