Friday morning dawned a beautiful, fall day. We had lots of help unloading and setting up, which made things go very quickly. We were grateful for the help, especially since we our learning our new setup process with fewer family members. Thank you, Tyler and Carter.
Friday evening, we had a special time of sharing through music, short talks, and Dad’s message. It’s been a good challenge for the musicians in our family to learn things we thought previously we weren’t capable of doing without our music leader and main player, Joseph.
Saturday was another great day. Dad does such an amazing job in all the sessions. Many shared with us that they were challenged and encouraged. We had a neat time reconnecting with families we’ve met from other conferences—even a couple of families from Canada came! It’s always an incredible highlight to be with our amazing friends the S family!

“The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.”
Psalms 18:2
Looks like you all had a great time. I was hoping to get to go to the Boone conference but things came up and I missed it. Hopefully I will be able to catch one next time you are in NC. I love all y’alls skirts in the last picture. Did you make them or buy them?

Thanks, Alyssa. It was great to see you all.
It was fun to see people we know in this post :). We would have loved to come hear you all (it is always so refreshing) but Baby is due soon 🙂 and I am not traveling much.
Really enjoying all the posts about the newlyweds :)and the wonderful Baby news too :).

Sorry you all couldn’t come, but we hope everything goes well for you and Baby! Blessings.
P.S. My 2 year old brother Justus was looking at your “Buying a House Debt-Free” book and he turned it over to the back cover, and pointing to the picture of Mr. Maxwell said, “That man preached!”. 🙂 🙂
Love,
Abby
