I love going into an empty church and preparing for the day ahead of us. The Lord brought many families, including a number who drove quite a distance. At least two families came from the Seattle area, a ranching family made the trek from Montana, and others drove multiple hours to attend. It was a delight to get to know new friends along with seeing some of our old friends.

I was chatting with the mom of a family who has come to a number of our conferences, and we were talking about Dad and Mom’s new book. She excitedly told me it’s just what their family needs. The more I told her about the book, the more excited she became. Soon we will be announcing the book on the blog and on Titus2.com.

We did a slightly different schedule Saturday, but it still ran smoothly. We just had to be a little extra careful to give the right sessions at the right time. 😉

Thank you, G family for inviting us to come and finding the church. We are also grateful for Grace Bible Church’s hospitality in hosting the conference. Hearts were open, and we love each opportunity the Lord Jesus gives us to share. Thank you to the families who took of their time to come!

It was a great trip out to the rugged West! Praise Jesus. Now, we pray for spiritual fruit ;).

  1. What a blessing for all those in attendance. I loved seeing the photos of everyone enjoying fellowship (and of course, I always love the photos of the precious little children there with their families!). 🙂 Thank you for this post, and continued prayers as you travel.

  2. We sooooooo appreciated you coming to Cd’A!! We know it is a sacrifice to drive 8 hours from south Idaho to North Idaho, just for one day, and with sick kids too. My children were blessed and encouraged, and it was a real highlight for them. thank you for being willing to come up to the “sticks” for us. May the Lord bless you as you travel home, and as you work on future projects. (We are dying for that “reveal” on the new book!!!!
