Ready, Set, Blastoff!

It has been amazing to watch each step of the book process take place, and I can’t believe the books are at the printer.

I wanted to share with you why I am so thrilled about these new additions! I have been very blessed to be included in various aspects of both books. Spring Days with the Moodys has been wonderful to see blossom and now bloom. I looked forward to each of my read-throughs and stepping into what I call “Moodyville.” Sarah has done a tremendous job of writing each Moody book, and even as a 20-year-old, I still enjoy them very much. I love being one of the very first people to get to read a new Moody book when I help Sarah with suggestions after she has written her first draft.

If you haven’t gotten the Moody books–you’re missing out! If you have them all and are waiting for this one, I can tell you–this book is awesome!

I have also been extremely privileged to be a part of Dad and Mom’s book. My latest project on it was laying it out. I read it a few weeks ago, but seeing the words of the book over and over again just makes me more excited about it! The book is super practical, and it is a very interesting read! Oh, but you have to wait … I can’t give everything away just yet! Honestly, it is a must read for wherever you are in your parenting!

Serving Jesus,

Sarah checking book proofs late Monday afternoon. We had the proofs sent to an address here in Idaho ;).

“Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also.”
2 Corinthians 8:7

  1. I must have paid for patience recently and forgot . . . I am sure the new book will be worth the wait. And, my calming of anxiousness to see what it is – well worth the lesson in patience. The T family continues to pray for you all! May our Lord continue to be glorified in all that we do.

  2. We are excited to read the next one. My daughter loves the Moody books. God bless you all.

  3. Love your pink laptop 🙂 And how fun that you’re able to play a role in preparing your sister’s and parents’ books for print. I was just a little older than you when I started working in the publishing industry (doing work that sounds very similar) and the whole processes feels just as exciting and magical now as it did then!

  4. I will gladly share at nearly 38 I enjoy reading the Moody books and stepping into “Moodyville” as well. I look forward to reading this one as well.

  5. The only bad thing about any of the Moody books is when you get to the last page and it’s over! We love them (we, and I’m 34, ha!). 🙂 Looking forward to the new books! Have a great day!

  6. You all are really building suspense for your parents’ new book! 🙂 I am looking forward to knowing what it is about and reading it!!

  7. I love your pink computer! I agree, if you haven’t been reading The Moody books you have been missing out! 🙂

  8. We can’t wait for the new books! Your books and audios have been such a blessing to our family. Any idea when the new books will be available to order?

  9. As an “Apple-products-only” person, I love your computer. Is the pink some sort of sticker? Oh, and the new location of the “Next” and “Previous” buttons are very handy. No more scrolling to the top of the page to get to the next post. 🙂
It’s a Speck case which comes in colors. Jesse enabled the new buttons, we’ll tell him.
