We are rolling along on I-70 just outside of Columbus, Ohio. Yesterday, the drive had its interesting aspects, with lots of rain, crazy traffic, and one close call. By evening, though, we had a quiet drive, being away from the rain and traffic. We switched to Eastern time, and stopped about 11:30 east of Indianapolis. We are so grateful for the Lord’s protection every mile of our journey. It’s easy to take accident-free miles for granted, but we shouldn’t.
The bus rumbled to life again about 7:20 this morning. This morning, in my Bible time, I was struck by this section: John 4:50: “Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way.” The nobleman believed. He didn’t question Jesus; he simply believed! What an example to all of us.
Joyfully His,
Sarah

“But his delight is in the law of the LORD;
and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”
Psalms 1:2
John 4:50 means to me that we should go where he leads us and trust that God is in control. I have been having to learn to put ALL trust in God recently with several things that he has put before me to do. Things that are way out of my comfort zone. HTML/CSS being just one of those things. Thanks for posting that.
Praying you all have safe driving today.
Blessings
Thanks for this travel update. Continued prayers for your safety as you continue on this trip.
Love, Mrs. Patti 🙂

So enjoy keeping up w/you all on your blog. Today when I was reading I saw that you all came through Columbus, OH–we are not far from there(approx.30 miles). Would have been neat to see you all again, but am sure you didn’t have time to stop. Hope the trip goes well. Blessings to you all.
We just completed a 3000 mile trip to Cape Cod, Mass. and back with a detour to Niagra Falls. We drove in Indianapolis and Columbus, so I can picture clearly what you are talking about. I have a new respect of the traveling aspect of your ministry because even though we got back two days ago, I am still recovering with “car lag”. I will pray for safety for you especially the potholes on I-70 as you come back through one particular state.
