We are so grateful for the blessings of a godly mom. For thirty-six years, she has invested her time and energy into raising children for the Lord Jesus. A mom’s life is one of sacrifice and giving of herself, and Mom is an incredible example of that.
Even though this Mother’s Day is on the road, we’re making it a special day. As a little note of trivia, this is her first Mother’s Day that started in another country. In addition, we had some interesting “border excitement.” I’ll save that for another post! We are back in the States.
We love you, Mom! Happy Mother’s Day.
Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms too. As a side note, my heart aches for those who would love to have children but haven’t been able to. May the Lord fill your arms. Psalms 113:9: “He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.”

“She looketh well to the ways of her household,
and eateth not the bread of idleness.”
Proverbs 31:27
Happy Mother’s Day Mrs. Maxwell. I feel as if you have mothered me with your books and encouraging words. You are the only person I can actually say this about and I am so fortunate to have found your website.
Blessings,
Johnna
What a sweet post. Happy Mother’s Day to Teri! I am so glad to see that you remembered the one’s that are wanting children and it has not happened yet. I remember the empty arms of those Mother’s Day well. However, that was the exact verse we stood on when two specialists told us there was not hope for us to have a child. A third told us no hope unless God intervened. We told him that is what we were counting on! It was nine years waiting – but His perfect timing none-the-less.
Happy Mother’s Day to sweet Teri! 🙂 Continued prayers as you all travel and minister to others. Thanks for sharing these precious photos–they are both great! 🙂
Love, Mrs. Patti
Happy Mother’s day!! cute pic of the grandkids.
Happy Mother’s Day Teri! Sorry I am a day late:-) I just wanted you to know, through your writings, you have been a source of great encouragement to me as a mother. Although I am only a few years younger than you I have considered you my own personal mentor all these years..LOL! So many times I have gotten my priorities out of alignment and I will pick up one of your resources and somehow the Lord uses just the right passage of information to speak to me. I am hoping to meet you in CT in June so I can thank you in person:-)
Blessings,
Suzanne
Happy Mother’s Day! I love the photo of the grandchildren — they are all just so cute. I hope all the mommies in your family enjoyed their special day!
Thank you so much for the last statement. Mother’s Day can be difficult for those of us who have not been able to have children.
Very cute! We had a great day too. All four of us ended up matching without even trying. Our two babies have been home a week and are doing great. 🙂
Happy Mother’s Day Ms. Teri! Kenny gave me “Sweet Relationships” for Mother’s Day. I am really looking forward to what The Lord will teach me through the study. Thank you for your ministry. It has been a blessing to me and my family!
