I’ll leave you with many pictures and few words. We loved our time with the elderly yesterday afternoon.
Our conference tonight was incredible.
Joyfully His,
Sarah
We arrived at the home about 2, and it was a whirlwind after that. Unloading, talking, and setting up.
I couldn’t resist this picture. The walkers were lined up outside the dining room.
My aunt and uncle’s place served us dinner in a family dining room. So sweet!
My uncle and aunt go around and change out the activity sheets for the next day. Mom and I accompanied them on the rounds while the rest loaded out instruments.
“I will sing a new song unto thee, O God:
upon a psaltery and an instrument of
ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.”
Psalms 144:9
I love the way you all search out homes for elderly and visit and share with those people. Most of them are very lonesome and love to see happy faces coming to visit. I’m certain they love your music. Alot of people don’t realize what a blessing it is to sit and converse with older folks. They have such great stories to tell from their past and love to share them. Thank you for what you do.
Praying for a wonderful conference this weekend.
