Mrs. Maxwell,
I wanted to say thank you for writing your Sweet Journey Bible Study book. The Lord is working through you in a wonderful way in my home. I have been reading your Bible Study book and then sharing your ideas with my children. This morning my 9 year old daughter asked for a “New Notebook from the School Closet” to start her very own Bible-Reading Journal.
Thank you and your family for such a great example in Christ. You have continued to be a blessing to my family since we started homeschooling 7 years ago. Thank you again.

and a light unto my path.”

I hadn’t really thought about teaching my daughter to keep a prayer journal after reading Sweet Journey and starting one myself. It is a great way of learning to see God’s hand at work answering prayers. It is also a reminder to thank God every day for the jpy and blessings he bestows. Thank you Mrs. Maxwell for teaching me to keep a prayer journal.
I just got this out last night to do with my sweet 17 year old. Praise the Lord!
That’s so wonderful! I hope my 3 year old daughter wants to do this when she gets older. I started my 1st notebook after reading Sweet Journey last year. It just got filled up, and my 2nd one was started this week. Thank you so much for that book!!
I completely agree with Johanna that through Teri’s example and her wonderful, helpful book, we are able to be reminded daily of the many blessings God has given us. I was actually re reading a chapter of “Sweet Journey” last night after the children were in bed, and it was refreshing and gave me new hope for the next day. Our daughters can also benefit from the prayer journal and the gifts it brings us.
Thanks again Teri for your ministry, and I am very glad you are all home safely after a long but fruitful journey,
Cate N.
I did the same thing this summer. We started my 8 year old daughter and 11 year old son using a prayer journal while reading Sweet Journey. The Maxwell’s ministry has been used mightily by God on our house this past summer and continuing daily. We are so thankful to be able to sit under their Godly teaching.
