Last night we had a wonderful night at a state park. We arrived around five, just in time for a short walk, dinner, Bible time, and our Sunday night prayer time! After a good night’s rest  we were up early, excited about our new adventure. This is something Dad and Mom did when they first knew each other and then after they were married, so they were thrilled to float down that same river thirty-nine years later with us children!
More pictures to come. We also have two conference reports to catch y’all up on. We just arrived in Pacific (Missouri).

for brethren to dwell together in unity!”

Wow, i love following your ‘Mission” posts, i love the adventure. Also, thankyou for the post Mary, first of many i hope alongside Sarah.
Is it hard to float like that? With autumn leaves too.

It isn’t difficult at all.
So happy to have found your blog! My 8 year old is thoroughly enjoying the Moody Family series–we just ordered another one 🙂
I’m having both my daughters read this blog. It’s not easy these days to find something wholesome that both an 8 year old AND an 18 year old (not to mention their mom!) will enjoy. Thanks for doing what you do! One question for you all: Do you use a particular “method” of evangelizing? We’re trained in the Way of the Master, and do local evangelizing here in the San Francisco Bay Area–where there is plenty of work to be done 😉 Hope to see you out in this area sometime!

We prefer to use Way of the Master approach. We are making a trip west in March of 2013. Maybe we will meet you then.
Love these pictures!!
