Rain is hitting the windshield as we drive westbound on I-64 in Illinois. We should arrive in St. James about 2. A Costco run is in order when we get to St. Louis. The delicious smell of Sloppy Joes is filling the bus. Anna put together the ingredients this morning before we began driving, and the crockpot is sitting in the kitchen sink.
Looking forward to what the Lord will do this weekend,
Sarah
“Who covereth the heaven with clouds,
who prepareth rain for the earth,
who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.”
Psalms 147:8Â
Motorhome travel with the crockpot in the sink is a familiar picture! Your post makes me smile as I remember those times. (Love the autumn colors in the windshield!)
See you in St. James! We’re heading down from St. Louis this afternoon. Perhaps we’ll see y’all in your bus!
Love,
The C Family
Yum! I’m sure those Sloppy Joes were delicious. 🙂 What a cute picture of Anna! ~ Continued prayers for safe travels. Love, Mrs. Patti
