Grand Rapids, Michigan

We’re in beautiful Michigan, where the leaves are in various hues of autumn splendor.

Here’s the link to the conference details. We hope to see some of you there!

PS – Thanks to Anna for her scenery photos below.

“O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself:
it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.” Jeremiah 10:23

  1. Bummer! I have wanted to go to one of your conferences ever since I’ve started following your blogs, and here ya going to be just an hour (or less) north of where i live and we can’t come 🙁 Our children are in our churches own Christian school & we have Parent/Teacher conferences, but someday…I’d love to homeschool our children again! Lord willing, we do plan on homeschooling them for highschool, as our school only goes up to 9th grade. Welcome to MICHIGAN!! Looks like you brought some sunshine along w/ you after having had rain for 3 days straight 🙂

  2. The pictures are beautiful. I feel like we had such an early fall here in Minnesota. Our leaves have been off the trees for 2 weeks already. It must be fun to enjoy the season in so many different places and enjoy extended foliage. Have a wonderful conference.

  3. Thanks Anna for the beautiful pictures. Enjoying the color as we are still completely green in Central FL. Your pictures may be the only color of Autumn we see this year, so they are very appreciated. We will be praying for this added conference.

  4. Wow, I often ooh and ahh over the beautiful photos you post of other states, but these photos show that Michigan is amazing, too! So excited you’re making the detour to Grand Rapids. See you tomorrow night! We’re praying!

  5. Wow, I just learned you’re in my town! I will definitely try to make it to the conference. It’s also my birthday so that will be a special treat!

  6. Welcome to Michigan! I have wanted to go to one of your conferences and here you are two hours away and I can’t make that day. Praying for you though!

  7. Beautiful pictures, thank you for sharing them.
I live in the deep south now but grew up in the Midwest and really miss the fall colors.

  8. Anna…your photos are so stunning! And the shot of the train tracks and the leaves is such an work of art!
