It is a cozy, autumn evening, and the wind is blowing hard. Occasionally, a train will go by on the nearby tracks. We had a blessed time of worship this morning at church, and we’ll be headed down to Indiana tomorrow, Lord willing.
Anna made smoothies tonight for dessert. I thought y’all might enjoy some pictures. We still will do a green smoothie post sometime on this trip.

These tips and ideas are great so thank you to Anna. I have never thought to use frozen fruit but it is a great idea especially when you don’t have fresh! I am glad to hear of your continued safety on your trips and the success of the conferences.
Take care,

Thank you for sharing this! I have made green smoothies for awhile now, but I have never, ever frozen oranges! Great idea! I’m excited to try these for a healthy dessert for my family! π
I like your apron, Anna. It’s cute. Sweet picture of your mom. Does the protein powder have any taste at all? We’ve made lots of smoothies with frozen fruit, but not oranges. Might try that. The one thing we use alot in ours is strawberries.

It is vanilla flavored.
Thank you, Anna! It looks yummy. π
I am LOOKING FORWARD to your upcoming posts on your smoothies. We enjoy smoothies at our house, and it will be wonderful to have delicious and new smoothie recipes. π
God Bless you and your family. Praying for you all. π
Your smoothies sound delicious! What kind of blender do you use. Have been looking at the Vitamix just because people say it is a workhorse, but yours seems to be excellent too. Can you recommend one?
Thanks!
