Time with Family

It’s another cool, sunny autumn day. Yesterday afternoon we were able to take a nice walk, get laundry accomplished, catch up on computer things, and fellowship.

My aunt and uncle treated us to a delicious dinner of brisket, fruit salad, grilled veggies and potatoes, and salad. In addition, we enjoyed time with our cousin and his wife.

We ended the evening with a special family Bible time, and then we were all ready to crash into bed.

We are looking forward to tonight’s conference outside of the Quad Cities (Tampico).

The Lord’s mercies are new every morning. May we each be surrendered to His Will.

Rejoicing in Jesus,

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the
mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living
sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God,
which is your reasonable service.”

Romans 12:1

  1. I’m glad you had a nice visit with your relatives. Are they from your mom’s side of the family or your dad’s?
Dad’s side. She is Dad’s sister.

  2. So glad you all had some special time with relatives! 🙂 Continued prayers as you travel and minister for our Lord.

  3. Let me guess who’s having the haircut…Joseph?
I’m praying for all of you, eh, as you follow His Spirit. And Sarah, thanks so much for your encouragement, your energy for Jesus is a wonderful testimony!

  4. OK- I have to ask where you all got the very cute matching striped shirts! love them- it so wonderful to see ladies dressing modestly and stylishly.

    God bless!
