Time is going quickly, but at the same time, we’re making great progress. Thank you for praying. We are grateful!
We celebrated Jesse’s 18th birthday Monday evening. He will officially turn 18 next week while we are on the road. So, we had a family party at home, and I’m sure there will be more celebration when the day actually comes.
We praise the Lord for the opportunity to share with others. Each one of us have tasks to finish up before we leave in these last 30 hours. We look forward to meeting and seeing some of you again!
Love,
Sarah
Jesse loaded books into the bus Monday. John helped him get the pallet up the driveway.
John doing bus maintenance.
Making a card for Uncle Jesse. I love to hear the soft patter of little feet upstairs when I am at my desk: it’s a sure sign nieces have arrived!
Another card!
Birthday meal.
We knew we got the one backwards.
Packing audios for the trip.
Joseph worked on the components for the bannister for his house yesterday.
I have awesome sisters. I discovered they had ironed items for me and placed them on my bed. Thanks, girls! What a blessing!
They had two ironing boards set up yesterday.
Joseph made window boxes for the back bedroom last night. They keep the light out when we are parked. Walmart parking lots are well lit and it makes it a bit difficult for Dad and Mom to sleep sometimes.
“The Lord is my strength and song,
and he is become my salvation:
he is my God, and I will prepare
him an habitation; my father’s God,
and I will exalt him.”
Exodus 15:2Â
May the Lord bless you and keep you as you travel and minister!I’ll be praying for all of you.Thank you for the updates.
This is certainly a quick turn around time! The preparation for the long trip must be non-stop. I know that the crew must have an organized system in place with the help of God but I am sure it can become a stressful time. Be assured, ther are many people praying for you all on a daily basis. Isn’t God’s blessedness awesome?
Happy early birthday, Jesse!

Yes, our God is awesome!!
Could you please post the recipe for Jesse’s Birthday Dinner? It looked really tasty and could possibly be something that my family would really enjoy. Thanks!

There’s hardly a recipe. Breakfast burritos; eggs, hamburger, cheese and taco type seasoning. It’s a bit different every time we make it.
Wishing you a safe journey. Thank you for your ministry!
Lovely update. I must say, THAT photo of Joshua is so beautiful. I LOVE that age, where they are interacting and recognising faces and different other things! Babies change and grow so fast! We will be watching for updates on your upcoming trip and for safe travels and good health! May He make His face to shine upon you all!
Praying for your trip. The breakfast burrito looks delicious, so does the dessert! Hope you have nice weather too.
Hope the Lord is giving Sarah ideas and inspiration for Spring Days with the Moodys. Been thinking about that lately.
God bless! Rebecca K.
Happy (early) Birthday to Jesse! I enjoyed all these photos (especially the precious baby and little girl pictures–so sweet!). Continued prayers for ALL the Maxwells. ~ Love, Mrs. Patti 🙂
