  1. Oh how precious! Thanking the Lord for His blessings in your life and praying for a speedy recovery for Melanie. May God continue to bless your whole family as you live to bring glory to HIM!

  2. Praise the Lord! Oh, congratulations and JOY from our family to yours, Nathan and Melanie! Your new daughter is such a sweet beauty ~ she looks like a tiny flower petal. Such joy! So happy the Lord watched over and protected you throughout this pregnancy and delivery, and may your recovery be swift and comfortable.

  3. That is one gorgeous baby!!! Congratulations Nathan and Melanie, you are so blessed!!! May Melanie recover quickly, and may she have much help in those first days home so that she can continue to rest and heal as much as possible. Having had 2 c-sections myself, I know from experience that it really helps not to overdo it too soon.

  4. What a blessing-three sisters in a row! May God give both of you wisdom as you guide your girsl in the paths of righteousness. We rejoice with you both!! -And by the way, her name is very beautiful.

  5. Beautiful pictures!!!!! Thank you for sharing! How is Melanie feeling? I hope she is doing alright. I have been thinking about her so much and praying for healing!

  7. Tears of joy from this mama….. Oh how I love the picture of Abagail with her new sister. Total joy!!! I was so excited to come on here and see that the sweet baby girl is safely here. Congratulations to each and every one of you and praise God on a full term pregnancy….. His mercy is beyond our understanding!!! Congratulations, Melanie and family!!!!! Enjoy these tender moments. I can hardly wait to be where you are…… but of course praying it doesn’t come for at least 9 more weeks 🙂

  8. What a sweetheart! What does Bethany think of her little sister?

  9. absolutely precious. Enjoy these moments that are over too soon! Love the “get acquainted with lil sis” picture! Just think of all the fun they’ll have growing up together. 🙂

  10. Awwww….I can’t wait to see a pic of all 3 girls together! Look at that dark hair!
I love the verses you chose the last 2 posts. My brother in law’s littlest girl is named Mercy and he says that on her wedding day, the challenge to her husband will be Micah 6:8 🙂

Sweet Melanie, I’m praying for you! I know those first few weeks after giving birth, recovering from a c-sec, nursing/caring for a newborn, caring for your other little ones, etc… can be trying/emotional to say the least. I will pray for the Lord’s grace and strength for you each day. I’m sure you’ll have help from aunts/uncles/grandparents, so just rest all you can, soak in each of those little moments with your girls and hubby, and know a friend in Mexico is thinking about you and praying for you often!

  11. Wonderful pictures!!! Christina is a beauty….just like her sisters and her mommy!!! Happy Father’s Day, Nathan!!!

  12. Beautiful, lovely, scrummy baby. I am trying to be patient while I wait out these last few weeks of my pregnancy but these scrummy baby pics are making me long for mine!

  13. What a beautiful girl, with such a beautiful name. Love the A-B-C theme going.
Many prayers for Melanie’s recovery… c-sections are tough. What loving mothers do for their children! Thanking God that, looking at the big picture, all went very well. Jesus, I trust in you!

  14. Baby Christine is really looking at her big sister intently. She looks like a beautiful baby.

  19. Oh how sweet! She is precious and beautiful. She looks a bit like Bethany did when she was born. Can’t wait to see more pics! Get some rest, Melanie! Abby has an incredible blessing and responsibility before her being the oldest child! God bless! Hope everyone is doing well! Rebecca

  20. She looks like Bethany! Baby Christina is such a pretty baby, and the picture with Abby is just priceless. Melanie, I am praying that your recovery is swift and as easy as a c-section can be. I have had two, and it is amazing how much better you feel the next day, but the third day may be a bit harder. Rest as you can.

Love and congratulations to you all!

    In Christ,

    Lori

  23. Thank you for sharing the pictures. Christina Mercy is a beautiful miracle! The look in the eyes between Abbie and Christina is priceless! There’s a close bond already. I am praying for you Melanie. God is so good! I am in awe of our Creator God each time I see a newborn baby. WoW!Enjoy! Incidentally: there’s a great CD playing in our home right now… Maxwells. How appropriate for father’s day the song playing is: “Daddy on His Knees”.. What a blessing your cd has been to our family! thank you for making it.

  24. Congratulations! She is beautiful! Will you call her Christina or Christine or Chris?
