Bus Work

Dad went to Salina this morning to take Uriah into the shop. The transmission had two minor issues that could use attention, so since it’s under warranty, we wanted to have it fixed. In addition, we are having two other parts replaced–preemptively! Time is ticking down quickly as we anticipate the conference outside of Philadelphia later in June. We would appreciate prayer that the bus repairs go quickly.

Sorry, no baby news yet. It is now thought Melanie will make it another two weeks, so Anna Marie should easily have her baby first. At least we all hope!

Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.

  1. Oh, I hope your dad is able to get the bus fixed ahead of schedule so you will be able to pack it and not have to scramble at the last minute. We are still praying for the safe delivery of both babies.

    In Christ,

  2. Prayers for the bus repair to go quickly and smoothly. Continued prayers for Anna Marie, Melanie, and Babies!
    Hugs, Patti M. 🙂
We would rather deal with as many things as we can before they break preemptively. Thank you.

  3. Hi Everyone, I still read your blog regularly and have been
Checking in several times a day lately! Prayers for both mommies and babies!
Debbie in Collegedale TN (remember me from when you all came to
    Collegedale in 2001 and 2003?)
    Hi Debbie,
Most definitely we remember you. Do you remember we got lost? I believe that was the only time ever. Good thing.
They are waiting on the Lord for this baby and content.
    God bless.

  4. Travel time with the Maxwell’s is alway exciting. Love reading the posts. Still hoping for a DFW showing this fall.

  5. Okay, I’m praying. Praying for Uriah. Praying for the conference. Praying for Nathan and Melanie and Christopher and Anna Marie.

  6. My wife and I have been checking daily (at least) to see if the babies have come. We are praying that Anna and Melanie both have safe, easy deliveries that give glory to the Lord!

Praying for Uriah to be fine and dandy soon!
