We had a target departure time of 8 a.m., and we made it! We were a caravan of three vehicles, and we stayed together until mid-afternoon. It was a beautiful day for a drive: some clouds and then sunshine.
The little girls did well with the drive, and Aunt Anna spent most of the day in Nathan’s van. I spent a little time with Christopher and Anna Marie and worked on Moody editing.
We had a nice family meal out tonight, and then Bible time afterward in our hotel room. Tomorrow, we’ll head up in the mountains to Buena Vista. Thank you for praying for us! It has been a delightful day!
Love,
Sarah
“We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the Lord fulfil all thy petitions” (Psalms 20:5).
Wow!!! Sounds like lots of fun!! We hope and pray that you will have a wonderful family time as you hike together and lots of memories!!
P. S. Your “three vehicle caravan” sounds like our family, we always have to travel together in two vehicles!
Great pictures, especially the first one! It doesn’t look real! Another family trip? That’s wonderful! HOW exciting! Praying for you! AnnaMarie’s blue outfit is so pretty. Looks like you’re all having sweet fellowship together!
God bless! Rebecca K.
