We just saw two moose! We always enjoy any wildlife we see, and these two moose crossed  in front of us! We were going to stop and take some more pictures, but they disappeared into the trees before we could snap any closeups.

How wonderful! We were in Maine a few years ago, and our dog went running into the woods – immediately there was a great crashing sound, and as the property owner had told us that there were regular sightings of moose there, we could only guess that is what it was. Unfortunately, other than seeing muddy moose tracks crossing a road, that is the closest we’ve ever gotten to one. 😀
