Northern Lights

One of the blessings of being able to travel is the experience of some different things. This is the farthest north that I have been. As we were driving the other day, I realized that there might be the chance of seeing the northern lights (aurora borealis). I checked and it looked like there was a slight chance that we might see this amazing phenomena. But I also prayed, as I know that God controls the weather, and the space weather, and that He could send the northern lights. And, He did! It was a beautiful demonstration to me of how He answers small and seemingly insignificant requests like this.

Joseph

“The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork” (Psalms 19:1).

  4. I think it is so neat that the Lord grants us so very many blessings. Be it so trivial as letting you see something like the Northern lights, or other things. You are very blessed as a family to be able to see so many of the Lord’s creations. Continue to be a beacon of His word.

  13. That is so awesome that you got to see the Northern Lights. I was praying that it would be there for you all. Also, you got to see the moose up North. Are they not so big? Looks like you had a great time. My James said to say “HI” to all the Maxwells!!

  14. FAB-U-LOUS!!!

Would you happen to remember your exposure for these photos? They look rather surreal. I love them! They would make good photos to put a scripture on if they aren’t too grainy on enlargement. Just an idea!

    Blessings–
