Some might wonder how we exercise on the road. First off, sometimes it is a challenge to fit into our traveling schedule! We have mentioned earlier about how ministry is most important, and on the days that we have to get up early and drive we don’t usually get to “formally” exercise. The Titus2 Fitness pushup and lunge challenge we do whether it’s a busy traveling day or conference day, because it’s easy to fit in at any time!
Last week we were able to exercise many days. Anywhere from out in the boonies of Arizona to beautiful California. We have different workouts that we do, and we try to have as much variety as possible. Some of the exercises might include jump rope, pushups, situps, running, kettlebell swings, ball slams…
“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?â€Â (I Corinthians 6:19)

Good job! Is the ball slam exercise harder than it looks? Rope jumping is fun.
God bless! Rebecca K.
Yes, they are hard. The ball is weighted.
My girls and I really enjoyed these pictures. Our family is working hard to become fit, too. All seven of us are doing some form of exercise each day.
On a side note, we just found out today we can come to your conference in Omaha (we live two hours away) and we are really looking forward to it.
That’s wonderful! We will be excited to see you :-).
Looks fun..and like hard work!
It was great to read a post from you, Anna! 🙂 Seeing you all doing your exercises in these pictures is very inspiring. Though we do a lot of informal exercise by cheerfully (interestingly, it makes you less tired) doing the work that springs up each day, we’ve found from doing the pushup challenge that building certain muscles on a regular basis makes many of those tasks easier. Thanks for humbly sharing your diligence!

I just loved the photos – they are really good shots! 🙂 My family is always telling me to be more ‘active.’ 😀
Seeing your exercise photos was very inspirational, especially the way you all make it a priority while traveling. Thanks for sharing, Anna.
Love seeing this pictures, Anna! Thanks for sharing. So fun to see you all exercising and having fun together while you work to keep your bodies in shape and healthy. 🙂 And, I have to say – I love your shoes! lol They’re so fun! 🙂
The post on exercise on the road is an encouragement. I have learned that physical exercise helps keep your mind sharp. Being that having our mind clear is so important in serving others. A spiritual battle begins in the mind so then exercise is so important then. Thank you for the inspiration! Praise God that you meet your other God given responsibilities so that you are able to have time to exercise.
What a neat pic of Anna.
Love you all.
You are inspiring! Could you please give your fitness website address again?
Sure, it’s http://fitness.titus2.com/
