We are California bound! After a wonderful church service and fellowship meal, we are headed to Amarillo, Texas. We are looking forward to this coming weekend’s conference in Lodi, which is about an hour outside of Sacramento.
We will be working on a blog report from the weekend, but for now I’ll leave you with two interesting pictures: our packed fridge/freezer. Mom and Anna worked on preparing food for this trip and squeezing in as much food as we could fit!

Please share some “on the road” recipes and meals. We do a fair amount of camping but we ended up very bored with what we eat on the road.
