Driving Right Now

We are California bound! After a wonderful church service and fellowship meal, we are headed to Amarillo, Texas. We are looking forward to this coming weekend’s conference in Lodi, which is about an hour outside of Sacramento.

We will be working on a blog report from the weekend, but for now I’ll leave you with two interesting pictures: our packed fridge/freezer. Mom and Anna worked on preparing food for this trip and squeezing in as much food as we could fit!

It's full!
The freezer

Sarah for the rest

  1. Do you happen to have Iowa on your schedule sometime in your future?
We have no invitations to Iowa at this point.

  2. Continued prayers for safe travels. ~ So glad none of the Maxwells will go hungry on this trip!! 😉
    Blessings from Georgia, Patti M.

  3. Please share some “on the road” recipes and meals. We do a fair amount of camping but we ended up very bored with what we eat on the road.
We don’t have actual recipes with us, but here are the meals we’ve had so far:
    Chicken fajitas
    Beef stew
    Soft tacos
You can also check out Titus2Cookbook for more recipes, http://openforums.titus2.com/forums/Recipes, and we sometimes post a Taste Away from Home on the blog.
