Another Night – Thank You For Praying

Thank you so much for praying for our night of recording. The Lord blessed and much was accomplished even after a rusty start. We have much of the recording done and there’s just a few vocals to finish up. Lord willing, we will be heading back a week from Monday to finish all of the recording and then the mixing process will start.

Getting tired yet, Anna?
When Nathan, Melanie, and the girls popped in for a visit, they added a renewed spark to the group!
"Aunt Anna, would you take a picture of me eating my suckah?" Abby enjoyed watching the whole process of recording!
3:00 A.M. - Still Goin'!
I think he's looking a little tired.

“Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.”  (Psalms 98:4)

  1. Wonderful pictures! How’d you stay up all night? I can see the adults and teens, but Abby and Bethany? I really can’t do it myself.
The Lord gives grace. Abby and Bethany were just there for a visit.

  4. That’s wonderful! Will be praying!

We’re you really there into the early morning hours?! John and Joseph do look tired. How exciting that Nathan, Melanie, and the girls could visit! Their time with you must have been refreshing!

    God bless! Rebecca K.

Have a very blessed New Year! May it be one of more spiritual growth, blessings, insights, and more sweetness in your walk with Jesus! And very fruitful for Him!

  5. The endurance is amazing. When people come together in prayer, God is so powerful. Amen! We are so glad to see everything coming together smoothly. We are thankful that we can pray for your family and will continue to do so. We can’t wait for the CD and the new book. God bless, and get some rest. 🙂

  6. Wow, well done guys! There is so much to getting a CD done, that no-one realizes:it’s a HUGE undertaking! Glad to hear that it went more smoothly than when you first started out for this particular session! I remember sitting in for one session my husband did & they had started the mixing process & by the end of one hour of listening in I was so tired of hearing that one part of that particular song! Trust the next steps go well & you are on your way to the final ‘mastered’ copy of the CD! It is the last day of 2010 here in Australia – we THANK YOU so much for your ministry in 2010 & look forwards to 2011 trusting what the LORD will do in & through you & in each one of us that trusts & obeys in the LORD! Jesus bless you!

  7. I love the Starbucks cups scattered to and fro — definitely a necessary item when pulling an “all-nighter”. Glad the session turned out well — you are almost done!

  8. May God continue to give success to the work you are doing, for His glory.

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure. (Philippians 2:13)

  9. You all are such a blessing, inspiration and role-model for so many!

I have been homeschooling for 20 years, and just recently read Homeschooling with a Meek and Quiet Spirit…it was such an encouragement and blessing to me! Thanks!

  10. P.S.
I am also reading aloud to my two younger boys the Moody family series–thanks so much for great reading material that is based upon Biblical values!

  11. I just deposited love, joy, peace, happiness, health & blessings in your account for 2011. Your pin is J.E.S.U.S. Happy New Year to the Maxwell family!

  12. I really like your skirts and matching outfits in this post and the Christmas post. Did you make them?
    No, we bought them.
