A Little Preview

Saturday evening, it was a joy to celebrate Anna’s graduation from high school. Yes, it’s mid-year, but she worked hard to graduate early, instead of May 2011. Here’s just a small preview until we do the real post.

Rejoicing in Jesus,
Sarah

Receiving her diploma.

Special gifts were given.

“Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved” (Philippians 4:1).

  1. Well done Anna! I too finished before regular time. Isn’t it wonderful having “regular” school done with?! Congrats!

  2. Thank you for sharing. Where did you get your diploma? Was it purchased or did you make it? I will have someone graduating soon too and am on the look out.

    Thanks,

  13. We join with all the others in our Congratulations to Anna, but also to take a moment to honor Mr & Mrs Maxwell for the faithful years & sacrifice & plain hard work that it is to home school children – Congratulations to you both! It is not the easier road by any means, but oh so worthwhile. We are in the midst of schooling 3 of our 6 children & each day is very full. It is lovely to see the end results of all the years of sowing that takes place! May Jesus lead & guide your steps Anna as you follow HIM. Jesus bless you.
