Family Picture #1

We’ll do a mixture of pictures, but the one below is the new immediate Maxwell family. We’re an even 3 girls and 3 boys for us children. Yes, this is our standard pose, but be on the look out! We have some other ones coming.

“We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done” (Psalms 78:4).

  1. What a beautiful picture! The fall colors in the background compliment the ladies’ jumpers perfectly! I can’t wait to see the other ones!
What a fitting verse you posted too!

  2. Wow! I love the background you choose for this picture! Being from the prairies, such a brilliant display of red is a rare sight!

  3. Beautiful! The autumn background looks almost artificial! Isn’t it wonderful that the Lord chose to bless us with autumn and it’s beauty? Your red jumpers go so well with it too!

    God bless! Rebecca K.

  4. This is a beautiful picture. The fall colors and your clothing colors all beauitful together. However, your smiling faces, showing your hearts love for the Lord are not to be outdone. We love your family.

    Blessings, Mrs. Mari

  5. The boys (men?) look so nice in their suits. I love the autumn background. God’s amazing creativity never ceases to amaze me. Looking forward to the other poses.

  6. Absolutely stunning picture. Love the dresses. Wish I could sew. We just moved from KC back to Texas and will miss seeing the wondeful fall foliage.

    God Bless,
    Johnna

  7. Beautiful! Oh, I love your new jumpers ladies and the background is spectacular! 😀 What a perfect backdrop God’s creation is! 😀 Can’t wait to see the other pictures. 🙂

    Have a blessed Lord’s day! 🙂
    In Christ,

  8. Oh my goodness… I love the girls’ jumpers! May I ask what pattern you used?

Mom, Anna, Mary, and I’s pattern is McCalls 3129!

  9. The gentlemen in their suits look great — love it! And I think that paisley fabric is my new favorite (next to the green jumpers I think you wore in your last family photo shoot). I can’t wait to see the full family shots — keep ’em coming! The backdrop looks like a painting — it’s just beautiful (and what perfect timing for the richness of fall color!).
