A Special Stop

We drove through beautiful Wyoming today, up through Utah, and finally into Idaho. I requested a stop earlier this afternoon to be able to take pictures of the family, and Dad remembered we were close to a place we had stopped at about five years ago. We had walked to the top of a hill, which was very scenic.

The drive has gone well yesterday and today. We did stay the night in Cheyenne, and we woke up to mist/fog. We began our driving around 7, with an estimated arrival in the Boise area around 7 tonight. Wednesday afternoon, Dad has a radio interview in Boise about the conference, and we’ll be staying at a family’s house in the meantime.

Thank you for praying for us :-).

The guys raced up the hill (twice), and we took pictures at the top.

  1. HaHa! 😀 What a fun post! 😉 Such nice photos of all of you! 😀 Wow…can’t believe Jesse could do that!!! 😀 That’s amazing (and amazing that the other two could hold him up too…feel sorry for Christopher standing there…looks like it might hurt a bit). The pyramid of the guys looks great too and I loved the photos of you ladies! 🙂

Thank you so much for sharing the photos!
    Safe Travels!
    Blessings to you all! 🙂

  2. Great pictures everyone. You guys will be missed while you’re away, but we love keeping track of you on your blog. I can’t wait to show the boys the pictures of the guys-they will get a kick out of it. Praying for all your travels!

  3. I’m a South African reader and have just recently come across your website and this blog. I’m enjoying getting to know your family a little! It’s been particularly special to “share” (from such a distance) your recent joys with the new baby and the engagement in the family. And now I look forward to read your stories from being on the road.

May you all be blessed with God’s daily strength and wisdom for this trip! Thank you for the encouragement you are through your faith and writings.

  4. Wonderful pictures. Those boys have so much strength and energy, no wonder they can take the bus apart and put it back together again.
Christopher must be eager to see your special guests soon.

Keeping you all in our prayers.

    Blessings, Mrs. Mari
