On the Road Again!

Bethany made her appearance just in time for us to see her before we left for Idaho! We had a precious time of meeting her last night, and this morning, after church, we are on our way to Boise. It’s been quite a whirlwind, but the bus is in great, working order, the baby’s here, Abigail is back with Daddy and Mommy, and we hope we haven’t forgotten too many things.

We would appreciate your prayers as we travel many, many miles over the next day and a half. We plan to stop for the night in Cheyenne, Wyoming this evening.

Sarah for the rest

A dear widow, whose husband used to be at the nursing home, still attends church with us. She wanted to see us off.

“The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand” (Psalms 121:5).

  7. Safe travels to you (and maybe actually some rest time on the road!). I grew up in Boise so know what it’s like this time of the year — hot! It’s a beautiful area, so hopefully you will have some extra time to explore!

  8. I’m SO encouraged by your example of leading a church inside a nursing home. May God continually bless this work.
