It’s been an uneventful driving day, with sunny, blue skies, pretty scenery, and a nice breeze blowing through the bus. But, by 2:30, it was time to turn on the air conditioners, as inside the bus was becoming quite warm. After stopping for diesel somewhere in Ohio, we motored along again. But, we heard a strange noise coming from one of the air conditioners. Joseph and Jesse began investigating, pulling down the vent to see if anything was visibly caught. They saw nothing, so it was possibly some slight piece of plastic from the manufacturing process that wasn’t removed. But, now, it’s quiet. Nice.
You never know what might happen!

I’m glad your A/C is running smoothly and there didn’t seem to be a problem! It’s been so hot around here lately (I’m in Pittsburgh) so I’m sure you need it!
I’m curious, what do the Maxwells do for church on Sundays when on the road? I know you have the nursing home at home…do you visit other churches on the road or have “home church” on the bus?
I always enjoy reading your blog 🙂

What we do on Sundays — unless we are preaching/doing music at a church — we have our own special time in the bus. We have a special prayer time lifting up our nursing home church, and then we have a time in God’s Word together. Sarah
