Scenery from our view near Port Orchard

Thanks to Christopher for taking this picture yesterday afternoon. Our conference went very well last night, and we’ll be on our way to Edgewood (Federal Way area) today. We’ll be doing a conference there tomorrow evening.

  1. Is it really that sunny over there? Enjoy it while you can! It’s all gloomy fog, gray clouds, and rainy drizzle over here in Central Washington. Something seems backwards.

Praying for you all and have a blessed week,

    Scott J.
It was actually sunny yesterday afternoon, but this morning, it’s back to rain again! Sarah

  2. …that’s why we call it a “sunbreak” when the sun makes a quick appearance during these dark winter months of the northwest! heehee. here’s hoping you catch a glimpse of rainier before your time here is done…was thinking i read somewhere once that you guys used to live out here? is that correct? our family (and the 6 other familes we know of) are super excited to meet you tomorrow night in federal way!
Yes, we lived in this area around 1985-1990! We did see Rainier yesterday–Christopher has an incredible picture; we’ll post it later. We’ll look forward to meeting you! —Sarah
