It’s a beautiful, snowy, Christmas morning here in Kansas! Dad took us out for dinner Wednesday night. We listened to the 12 Voices of Christmas CD set on the drive there and back. It’s actually a free download from Back to the Bible. We’ve been blessed by listening to the 12 Voices almost every Christmas.
We had our family Christmas celebration yesterday, and today will be a quiet, but busy family day. We will be going to the nursing home to sing and chat with our friends at 1:30.
Our hearts are full of gratitude for the gift of Jesus. What a special time to ponder this great gift!
Merry Christmas!
Love,
The Maxwells
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6).

Merry Christmas, Maxwell Family!
Sarah, my daughter, Katy, squealed with delight this morning when she opened the 5th Moody Family Book!! She read so much this morning that her eyes started to hurt and I asked her to save some of the book for later! Thanks for the blessing of your book series!

Merry Christmas, Maxwell family! Oh, it truly is the most blessed time of the year as we ponder the most wonderful Gift ever given. And to think, His second coming will bring an eternity with Him that even the most wonderful Christmas day cannot compare!
I thought how wonderful that we, along with you, and all our brothers and sisters in Christ will live forever with Him.
What great hope we have!
love and prayers,
Jaynee (for all of us!)
Hi Maxwell Family!
Merry Christmas to you all! I am glad to hear that you had snow on Christmas. Here in Italy it was warm and sunny! I haven’t seen a white christmas for five years now and I miss it terribly. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
God Bless,
Sarah
Merry Christmas Maxwell family!!! Thank you so very much for the link..our family is listening and love the wonderful recount of this glorious time of celebration.
Thanks again
Kelly
We, too, enjoy listening to the 12 Voices of Christmas each year! Sarah, I wanted to pass on to you that as we have read (and enjoyed so much) your newest “Moody” book, we giggle often, as the way you portray Mitch is so much like our son, Michael. š

Mrs. Jill, Glad you all are enjoying it, and how cute about the similarities between Mitch and your son!
Sarah
I am so glad you were able to go to the nursing home yesterday, on Christmas day…what a wonderful sacrifice you have given. Instead of putting others last and yourself first and insisting on celebrating at home yesterday, you were out ministering to those who truly need it. I read about your comings and goings there and am so very grateful that you do so. My grandma has been in a nursing home for years with Parkinson’s disease and this past week we found out she’s now being cared for by hospice (meaning 6 weeks- 6 months left). I know she relishes visits from our church in these, her last days. I’m glad you are doing the same thing for people in your area, too! Thank you, thanks you, thank you!
Christmas blessings to the Maxwell family. What a joyous time of year as we celebrate the birth of our Saviour! So glad you all had a “white Christmas”–we haven’t had one in our area of Georgia, but maybe we’ll receive some snow during the winter (it causes much excitement here when we even receive a few snowflakes!). Hugs, Patti M. š
