"Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow" (Psalms 51:7) "For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength. He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work" (Job 37:6-7).
Seriously?! Hmmmm….ya’ know, your blog and posts usually are a great encouragement to me, but I must confess this post was not! lol You’re way too close to me to be posting SNOW pictures! 🙂 Thankfully, we’ve only got RAIN here in KC, and I’m hoping it stays that way…..for at least a little while longer! 🙂 Enjoy your snow! LOL
——– Sorry 🙂 … It seems north of us always receives more snow than we do, but I’m thankful for what we do get! ~Sarah
How lovely! If I close my eyes, I can smell it too. Enjoy.
You all do such a nice job on your blog site with the photos, scripture, thoughts, family news and variety. You are very talented. Thanks for sharing the Lord through sharing your life.
We have dusting on the low mountains surrounding Enumclaw. I love it. I admit I don’t care for the cold weather, but I love nothing more than sitting by the big window, next to the fireplace with a roaring fire, doing my Bible study or homework. The snow is so beautiful.
The pictures are beautiful.
Blessings, Mrs. Mari
Snow?!?! We don’t get snow in November here in VA, unfortunately. We’re thankful to get a little in December, and maybe some in January.
I will admit the first snowfall is exciting. We had our first snow the night our baby was born last month. Husband had to brush the van off! I was excited about meeting the baby, but not the snow. 😀 We haven’t seen any snow since and have enjoyed lovely sunny weather.
Beautiful pictures…
The comments about the snow made me smile. And you who are used to prairie/northern winters will shake your heads at this Vancouver snow-wuss who heartily wishes that the snow stays in the mountains this year and not in the city!
Like they say the grass is always greener on the other side…. Here in Southern California we have been wearing shorts or at least t-shirts still. But we look at picture, like Sarah posted, and we are envious of a winter wonder land! Enjoy your snow and toss a snow ball for us Californians!
