If you look closely (you can also click into the picture), you will see Christopher on the left, and Dad on the right--both are talking on their cell phones--to whom?! Guess?! Trying to scout out that perfect photo location.

Our great photographer!

We took individual photos of each child, plus Dad and Mom, since we want to update the about us page.
We took "bio" photos--since we're going to update the "about us" page with new text/photos. And, here's part of the audience 🙂 .

Okay, so those are some “behind the scenes” photos. In the next week or two, we’ll post some “real” pictures from Christopher’s camera!

  1. Okay, I know you probably get tired of hearing this, but that Abigail is SOOOOOO cute! For a long time I thought she looked just like Melanie, and now I am seeing so much of Nathan in her! She’s just adorable, and I love her sweater! Did someone make that for her?

Can’t wait to see the professional photos. I love the paisley jumpers — such beautiful colors for everyone! Hope you had fun. AND, how many vehicles DID it take to transport the Maxwell family?

    —–
We all think she’s cute! Yes, the sweater was made for her (not anyone in the family). It’s true: we took all the vehicles 🙂 (we don’t have a van, since we traded it in when we got Uriah, so we just use smaller cars, but, in that group of vehicles, you also have two from Nathan & Melanie, one from Grandad and Grandma, and then ours) … It just worked out that way to gather us in one place at one time! Sarah

  2. Could you share what pattern you used for Annie’s dress/jumper? Thanks!

    ———-
Sure, it’s McCalls #3129. We were able to do them without the zippers.

  3. Wow! Christopher really has a lot of equipment to set up to take those! 🙂 I can’t wait to see the pictures! I am sure they will be great! 😀

AWWWWW! I love the one of Abby! HeHe! 🙂 Picking up a ladybug…oh, that’s too cute! 😀

Thank you for sharing the pictures Sarah!

Blessing too you and the family!

  4. Thanks for the behind the scene pictures. It was good to see your grandparents in the pictures. Are those the same ones that were in the accident a while back? I hope they’re doing well now. Have a wonderful day.
——-Yes, they had the car accident back in June. They’re doing pretty good, but my grandma has had some serious health issues. Sarah——–

  5. I will be eagerly awaiting to see the real photos! Thank you, Sarah, for this preview! 🙂 “Mom” Maxwell has the most beautiful, sweet countenance. And the Lord gave Abby such big blue eyes! I miss you all!
    love and prayers,
    Jaynee

  6. Hello Maxwell Family–

What wonderful photos ! Love the girls jumpers. Our oldest is just starting to take photos… do you have any ideas of books to get her going ?? and what is a good camera to start with? Thanks so much for your help. We just love your family and hope you come up north some time!

We are praying for the new little one tucked away safely in her/his mamas womb.
    Take care-
    The “M” Family

I asked Christopher and there really weren’t any books he could recommend. I’m sorry.
