Another weekend conference is completed, and our hearts are again full of what the Lord Jesus has done. Remember how I said in a recent blog post about sometimes seeing families we haven’t seen for awhile suddenly appear at a conference? Well, Friday, before the conference, Dad was walking down the hallway and a dear family we had met in North Carolina was just stepping out of the fellowship hall! Dad was very surprised and delighted!
We are grateful to the Burke County Homeschool Care Group and Hebron Baptist church for hosting the conference and all they did for it. They provided a meal before the conference Friday evening as well.
Hearts seemed open and receptive to what was shared, and we pray the Lord will bring lasting fruit in the lives of those who attended.
“The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it”
We’re looking forward to the Melbourne area conference Monday night, and then on to Wesley Chapel (Tampa area) Tuesday night!

Thank you for coming to our area. My husband and I were truly blessed and learned a lot from your teaching! We look forward to putting our new knowledge to use.
Thanks for sharing more pictures. Its fun to see all your family’s adventures as you continue on your journey.
Its quite obvious that God is working in your lives.
I was really impressed by the stained glass windows shown in the picture of the church where you held the conference. Very beautiful indeed!
Keep living for Him 🙂
I would be interested (and encouraged) to know what Anna’s testimony is. Could you guys share that here on the blog for those of us who can’t make it to a conference?
Often they share what is on their hearts and it varies. The best way is for you to attend one.
Hi! I so wish I could have been there – I was registered and was so looking forward to it, but God called my grandmother into heaven early Saturday morning.
What a lovely church, huh? That’s where I was raised and married (in the little chapel in the building).
I know you were a blessing to so many in our area. I am hoping to see you in Columbus in a few weeks – sweet talking some family for a place to stay 🙂 Blessings to you and yours!
Dear Mrs. Hadley,
I’m sorry to hear about your grandmother! Hope to see you in two weeks… Sarah
Dearest Maxwell Family,
Thank you so much for a wonderful weekened. Our family has been homeschooling for many years. This was the first family weekended conference my husband has felt the Lord leading us to attend.. He is very selective of who disciplies our children…. Our family was blessed by the music, testimonies and teaching from the Word of God applied directly to our lives…
What a beautiful family with a faith that is FRUITFUL..Our God is FAITHFUL and TRUE and we press on just as you are doing…He is pouring strength, wisdom and provision into your lives.. We saw it and we have the MIGHTY WORD OF GOD to clearly remind us of His character. Your family is blessed..each one..growing in His likeness…what a powerful picture of HIS hands at work!
In His Love

continued prayers for safe travels and wonderful conferences.

I attended your conference in Waynesboro and was incredibly blessed by everything that was shared. We homeschool our three boys and when we began homeschooling two years ago, I ordered every piece of material that you sell! Your books have been such blessings and tools of encouragement to us along our journey. “Homeschooling with a Meek and Quiet Spirit is one that I reread several times a year and my husband has just started “Preparing Sons”. Thank you for your ministry. May God continue to richly bless your family as you serve Him!
