Couldn’t Resist

Okay, I couldn’t resist posting another one quickly. I overheard John walking out of the bus with a guy who had come to do something here, and John asked if he thought we’d be ready in time. I heard a chuckle, and the guy said it depended on how late we were going to stay up.

Anna is the boys right hand girl. Here she is cleaning out a bunk (mine actually!).

I heard that the water is working on the bus now. Praise Jesus! Thanks for everyone’s encouragement! We’re excited about this trip!

  1. Hi, just wanted to wish you all a safe and eventful trip.
Hope everything goes well, both along the road and at the confrences.
Looking forward to seeing the upcoming pictures already!
    God bless you all.

  2. I just have to say that I think it’s so great how Anna’s right in there working with the guys. I smile every time I see her in a skirt and dirty and yet with a huge smile on her face! She shows so well that femininity and working hard can so go hand-in-hand! 🙂 Blessings to your family as you travel and allow Jesus to minister through you to whomever you come into contact with! Will be praying for you!

  3. Glad things are progressing for you. Praying for you now and during your trip. Looking forward to meeting you in Knoxville. Have been wanting to go to one of your conferences for years. We use to live in Vermont, but just recently moved to Tennessee just outside of the Knoxville area. Can’t wait to see you there. God Bless.

—- Great, see you soon! ~Sarah

  4. Just wanted to let you ALL know we will be praying for you during your trip. Things will all go well this trip!! Offer still stands. =)

  5. I have been meaning to say that I have so enjoyed seeing Anna’s paint-stained denim skirt over and over in the bus photos. If only that skirt could talk, I’m sure each of those paint splotches has a story!

Best wishes as you depart in the morning. What an awesome job you have done on the bus. It is hard to look at it and remember it is a BUS, you know? The custom cabinetry alone is nicer than my own kitchen! You must be so pleased with what your family has accomplished together.

Bless you as you travel. I look forward to photographic updates!

——–Yes, Annie’s skirt could tell stories–she started wearing it as her “work skirt” back when we were building the house :-).
Joseph has done an incredible job with the cabinets–he built them and designed them! It was a great learning opportunity for him, and they turned out great! Sarah

  6. just wanted to let you know we are praying for you all to have a safe and fun trip, as you prepare to leave home tomorrow and begin your travels to bring your godly training, message, and music to families. we’re also keeping in our prayers all those traveling to see and hear you, and hopefully take home your teachings to begin in their own families. praying you have a wonderful trip and enjoy all the benefits of family (as you always do.)

    blessings, mrs. mari

  7. Just a note to let you know I was praying and also checking in to see if you got everything done that needed done. PTL. Yes, I would definitely agree that Anna was doing a great job, and helping like she does(yes, even in a skirt). It can be done. Recently, we were on a job ourselves and the customer thought I couldn’t help, since I had a skirt on. Yes, it works. Many blessings to you and the family as you travel. I would like to come to one of the conferences here in OH/KY, but not sure it will work yet. Will
    keep praying.

  8. Just wanted to let you all know that I will be praying for you while are are out traveling and doing your conferences! The bus looks great and it’s cute to see Anna helping the boys out! Thank you for your prayers earlier this year Terri I will not be able to have my surgery while I am overseas but we are praying that it will be worked out when we get back to the states.

    Blessings,
    Sarah L.
