You Do What You Got to Do

Sometimes, getting a Moody book picture ready for the artist takes a little more time and effort than one might think. Ever since the first Moody book, part of the “sketching” process for each book involves us taking a picture of what we want sketched. This one was a little unusual!

It took three photographers... (Joseph, Anna, and I)

  1. I can’t wait for the next Moody book! My children have so enjoyed me reading them to them…and I enjoy reading them, too. 🙂 We have already read through them 4 times and they are asking for me to read them again!

How is Grandma and Granddad? Are they healing okay??? Are y’all holding up okay?

Enjoy your 4th of July weekend!

    Blessings,
    Vania

Thank you for asking. Grandma is progressing slowly. Trying to use a cane and less of the walker. Grandad had a serious red blood problem but seems like that is doing good now. So they are progressing. Teri’s sister has been here for two weeks helping them and leaves tomorrow. We’ll see how things go.

    God bless.

Not yet but it is at the proof readers.

  4. well, i see i am going to have to order the moody books soon. the only reason i haven’t ordered them before was because they were for young people. now i wish i had them already because my 14 year old niece, from las vegas, is coming to visit us for 10 days. and i would love to read her the books. we have been busy planning things to do with her here in the pacific northwest. more importantly, we are looking forward to introducing her to jesus and a christ centered life.

i’m also thinking that i would enjoy reading the books myself when mr. R. begins chemo again in august. as you know, i am always in need of something to keep me busy on these 14 hour chemo days.

lovely photos and i can’t wait to see how they relate to the newest story.

i was so glad to see the report you left on a previous post as to how your parents were doing. we have them in our prayers.

  5. My girls have ask when the new book is coming out! 😀 We look forward to reading it when it is in print. 😀

    Blessings to you!
