I have been a faithful blog reader for some time now. I also pray for you all and really enjoy the updates and reports on the whole families mission to do the work Jesus leads you to. This is my first time ever writing you all, although this picture spurred a question in my mind. What is the highest number of states any of the children (currently on this trip)have been to. Also – what child is that, and do the parents have you beat? I know its a silly question, I just thought it would be fun to hear those sort of traveling facts 🙂 God Bless you all, in this trip, and each day!

For the children, they are at 46 states as of last night’s travel. By the end of the trip they will have been to all lower 48. I have been to all 50, Teri is waiting on Vermont which they all need and will get on the way back out of Canada.
Thank you ever so much for your prayers. We covet them.
God bless.
In Christ Jesus,
Steve
This post just made me tired looking at all the travel in one day….and all those states. Our family prays for you all daily. We are still talking about our Memphis trip, and the blessigns we received.
I may never have the opportunity to visit some of these staes, but it is kind of fun to get to see their welcome signs.
We are enjoying the pictures and updates so very much! The signs of fall seem few here, but your wonderful pictures remind me that it is just around the corner for the south too!
We are praying for traveling mercies and for hearts to be turned to the Lord Jesus!!
Thanks!
God bless and keep you all!!
The children LOVED this post! They remember seeing many, many state signs in our travels and as you can very well understand, after hours in a van, those signs are VERY exciting…as are rest stops 🙂 It was fun reading yoru response to how many states you’ve been in. The children are now pouring over their US maps counting all the states in which we’ve visited. 🙂
You’re in our daily prayers!
love,
Jaynee
This is a great idea! I’m going to try to remember to take pictures of the state welcoming signs on our next road trip.
