We are excited to see all the wonderful places you will be visiting, sharing your love of Jesus and family with so many. We will pray for you on your long journey. We are also praying that perhaps you will make it back out west sometime. I know many that would love to be encouraged again!
Many blessings to you and your family~

I can’t imagine the amount of preparation that needs to take place for you to be away from home for such an extended period of time.
I’m so very excited about your planned trip to the south in January-so I will gladly pray for you and for the families who will be ministered to now because I know my time will be coming. Yay! 😀
I love your dog…she looks like she’s aging (with the white fur on her face?). She just looks so sweet and mellow. We have a golden retriever puppy who is 10 months old – well, he’s the size of an adult now (and not so mellow yet – but we’re hopeful!). I’ve never seen so much dog fur in my life!!! How do you keep up with yours? Vacuuming daily is no longer something I think would be nice – it’s become a necessity. Any recommendations on a brand of vaccuum?
God bless you and your beautiful family!

She is definitely getting old and still is a very sweet dog. These trips just kill her. It is a heartbreak to see how she slinks around while we are packing out. Grandma and Grandad do all they can to take love on her, and care of her while we are gone, but we expect she won’t make it one of these trips.
She generates a fair amount of dog hair. Teri vacuums every day and that keeps it under control. Funny you should ask about vacuums. We have always struggled in finding one that fits our needs well, and is reliable. We currently have two Hoovers, one carpet and the other canister with a maintenance agreement on them both. We take them in to be repaired every year and that has been a stable solution for a number of years. It seems like they should be more reliable and not need such frequent service, but oh well, at least this is working for now.
God bless.

Thank you so much for answering my comment! I can imagine how much Honey misses her family when yall are on the road. I loved that other picture that was posted of Honey standing in the driveway holding a toy in her mouth – that really reminded me of ours. He always has to be carrying something – anything!
I have been asking around about vacuums over the past few days, and Dyson Animal has been recommended by a lot of people – I think we may end up getting one. I was told that Bed, Bath & Beyond carries them, and since BB&B are constantly mailing out coupons, we should be able to get a discount. We have a little Dirt Devil, and it just can’t keep up with all the dog hair. Anyways, I thought I would share that information with you – in case you do find yourself in the market for a new vacuum.
Thanks again for your help!
God bless,
Tanya
